Your Role: What You’ll Do
As a Direct Sales Representative for Ellenton Pest Control, you’ll be responsible for:
- Generating Leads: Use door-to-door sales techniques to connect with potential customers and introduce them to our pest control solutions.
- Building Strong Relationships: Understand customer concerns and provide tailored pest control solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Exceeding Sales Goals: Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate sales records.
- Earning Residuals: Enjoy ongoing income from customers you sign up, with residual percentages increasing as you grow your customer base.
Are You a Good Fit?
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have proven experience in sales, with pest control experience as an added advantage.
- Excel at building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Are ambitious, self-driven, and thrive in competitive environments.
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
- Have experience in technical sales (preferred but not required).
Job Requirements
- Location: Must be able to relocate or commute to Ellenton, FL, and surrounding areas.
- Travel: Up to 25% travel required.
- License: A valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI in the past 7 years.
- Screening: Must pass background and drug screening tests.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
